General Booking Conditions
Prices and prepayment conditions
- The price includes the use of the bedroom suite, towels and breakfast.
- A tourist tax is not included in the price.
Reservation
- Reservation will only be secured on receipt of full payment of all charges at the time of booking.
- The guests will also furnish their mobile phone number at the time of reserving.
Cancellation
- The guest can cancel their reservation without charge up to 7 days before their scheduled arrival.
- During the 7 days before the scheduled arrival, no reimbursement of reservation prepayments will occur.
Children and extra beds
- Regretfully, the guest house is not suitable for children under 18 years of age.
- No extra bed can be installed in the bedroom suite.
- No baby bed is available.
Internet
- Free internet connection is available.
Parking
- Free private parking is available (no advance reservation required).
Domestic Animals
- No domestic animals are permitted.
Arrival and departure times
- Arrival between 17h00 and 20h00.
Please inform L’Orée du Parc by email of your estimated time of arrival.
- Departure between 8h00 and 11h00
Telephone number
- Guests must provide their telephone number when reserving.
Age limit
- The minimum age for booking the bedroom suite is 18.
- There is no maximum age.
Security Deposit
- No security deposit is required.
General Rules
- The Guest House is a non-smoking area.
- No parties are allowed.
- Guests are requested to avoid unnecessary noise between 22h00 and 9h00.
- Stag and hen parties guests and suchlike are prohibited.
